Ride 'Em Cowboy!

I got all cuted out by Emerson riding his little horsey this morning in his jammies, so I tried to capture it on film, but you know that never works because as soon as they see the camera they start acting all weird. So this first video is just a teaser...and I promise I wasn't crabby even though I sound like it.

In this video he eventually does get on the horse, but there is still little, if no rocking. But it does show that he has a little agenda that he's running through in his mind of all the tasks he must do. He's a very busy boy, even if none of us know what he's trying to accomplish. And I hope that the way he treats his bears is no indication of how he will treat his future children...or more immediately, the other children in nursery. :(

Don't you just wonder what is going through that cute little head of his??? I can't believe how grown up he is!

I have always loved that little ones have baby lives to live, or agendas, or job duties, or whatever. I wish they could remember it when they get verbal enough to tell about it too. I really need to squeeze him.

From weekly experience, I can tell you that nursery is not nursery if there is no hitting, throwing or biting. Seriously.

He is getting so big! I still can't believe he is talking.

Such an Emersonian little agenda! He has very important things to accomplish with "Beah".

I love it when you post videos! I chuckled through both of them. Have I told you that he acts SO much like Sadie? She totally has an agenda - I can always see her mind wheels turning. And I really had to hold in a laugh when he came right up to the camera and gave you a stare-down with his big, wide eyes. What a funny kid!
