Emerson being cuddly*It's been a long while since Emerson was cuddly with anyone. The other night when Ben and I were watching an episode of 24, he was being fussy (Emerson, not Ben) so I picked him up and held him on my lap with a blanket around the two of us. He sucked his thumb for a minute and then all of a sudden dropped both hands to his lap and he was asleep. It was so precious that I didn't want to move him or get him into his jammies. So we just snuggled for awhile and then had to wake him up to get him ready for bed. What a little sweetie.
*Pay no attention to the creepy looking woman holding the sleeping baby. She looks like she's about to do something evil. Or her eyes look kind of weepy. But I promise I wasn't crying... I mean she wasn't crying.

You do look a little teeny bit evil like you are planning to start tickling or squeezing him or something, but I know you know better than to wake a sleeping baby.
I don't think you... I mean, she... looks evil at all. I love when they're cuddly and fall asleep on you. His little face is just so perfect and innocent... awwwwww.
SHE doesn't look creepy! SHE looks like SHE is just tired looking! He looks so innocent and cute! Cuddly is the perfect word to describe it!
There are few things better than a cuddly baby. How fun. :)
Tell the woman in the picture that 24 can be a very emotional show... and that it's okay to cry sometimes.
