This picture demonstrates the fact that Ben and I did, in fact, go on a date...with each other. We left Emerson with a babysitter (thanks M&C!) and went to the Ohio State hockey game. Ben won some tickets earlier in the week, and we don't get out much, so we figured why not? I forgot how much fun being alone with my husband is! I'm pretty sure we even carried on a full conversation without interruption. Don't get me wrong, we love our little man and wouldn't trade the world for him, but it was so nice to be together alone. If you haven't been out in awhile, I would highly recommend it.

A hockey fame would be tons of fun! Date nights are definitely a necessity once in a while!
My favorite part of this picture: the dance cam on the jumbo tron. I think you guys could have tried a little harder to get on it.

How fun! It is so hard to ask people to babysit huh?! I wonder if it gets any easier. I miss going to the movies.
