I cannot believe the kids have started school! It's so weird to have E in Kindergarten. So far, he loves it. He unloads his guilty conscience immediately when I pick him up by telling me what rules he broke (climbing up the slide) or what bad habits he has (picking his nose). He is so full of personality.

| This was about when I got teary. He ran in the classroom, hung his backpack up, and plopped down on the rug without looking back. I was so proud of him, but a little sad he didn't need me anymore. |
The girl has been waiting and waiting to start school. She has been ready for awhile, and it almost killed her to wait a whole week after her brother to go to school too.

| First day of Preschool! |
She loved the first day and even put on makeup first thing in the morning (it wore off before she had to go) so she would be ready. Then she asked if she should bring her Ariel coloring book so she would have some work to do at Preschool. I had to assure her the teacher would have lots of fun things for her to do there. It was the weirdest feeling to have both kids at school at the same time and I was free to do errands. I accomplished so much, it was crazy. I sure missed them though and I love seeing their excited faces when I pick them up from school.

I love their little happy and excited faces! It's so hard to believe how big they have suddenly become.
I loved seeing pictures of your cute kids (growing up!!) and congrats to you on another little girl! I just love this sister thing. Hope you guys are doing well.
Also, loved your "Pinterest Post". Amen, sister.
I forgot to comment something on this post that Emerson reminded me of. Not that everyone who reads this is holding their collective breath (or is it breaths when using the word collective?)Anyway, when Tweeb was in first grade I taught across the hall in another first grade class (another story as to why I didn't teach my own!) but his teacher had to tell him "Craigie, we don't pick our noses in school do we?"
