Oops.

I neglected to document Emerson's preschool pajama party.  He requested that I take a picture of him and Bear, and then requested one with their "faces really big."

I know I'm a dork, but I totally planned out which jammies he was going to wear.  I knew if I left it completely up to him then he would pick his raggedy-est pair and the teachers would judge me.

He thought it was pretty hilarious that they got to lay out their blankets and pretend to be asleep, because after all, (in an incredulous 3-year-old voice) "We don't sleep at preschool!"

Sammi has a hard time when E gets to go to preschool.  She gets her shoes and coat every time and asks to "go-go" with him.  Then she usually puts her arms out for whoever is picking E up for carpool to take her too.  So she passes her time by playing old school Nintendo. (Just kidding.)

Ben got his old Nintendo out and was playing it with E one night, and the house fairy didn't get it cleaned up right away, (and who else would clean it up?) so the kids had fun "playing" it the next morning.  They are both pretty intent on that demo screen.

I LOVE the picture with their "faces really big". It's a classic of E and his best friend Pooh Bear. I think you should enlarge it and frame it! (And Emerson is even looking at the camera!)
