Emerson loves hanging out with Uncle Brad...and Brad loves hanging out with Emerson. I'll tell you why: Little Buddy helps Uncle Brad get girls. It's true. You should see them swarm around him when he so kindly volunteers to carry Emerson's carseat for me. I'm sure there are no ulterior motives--it just happens! How lucky for Brad!
So when Uncle Brad was packing for EFY, Emerson remembered his duty to his Big Buddy and snuck into his suitcase because he knew that Brad would never succeed in getting girls without him. Brad pretty much shot himself in the foot when he decided to take his Sunday shoes in the space that Emerson tried to squeeze in. Oh well, too bad for him. Emerson tried to be a good nephew, and he even packed light with just his binky...just remember that when you come home empty-handed, Brad.

This is so cute!! I have to say that I still think he is a total mini-Ben!! What's up with us and letting our husbands take over all the gene donations!!? Sorry we couldn't make it to the blessing!! We got our Patriarchal Blessings that day.
So I just made a connection-- you guys are moving in a few houses down from some of my best and oldest friends. Mike and Candice Richards are there at OSU for dental school. Apparently they met Ben when he moved all your stuff into your house. They're awesome-- I'm jealous you get to live so close! Small world....
That's crazy...it really is a small world. It seems like everyone knows someone that goes to OSU! I'm glad to know they're awesome.
