So I kind of hate this picture because my stomach looks so weird...but baby was doing one of his super stretches. So here I am at almost 39 weeks and I'm feeling pretty ready to have our sweet little boy. I hope he's sweet anyway...I'm kind of entering that panicky stage where I realize that there's only one way out for him, and it doesn't seem to be quite the right size. I guess that's why they invented epidurals--which I AM taking advantage of. Good for those people that are brave enough to do it natural, but I'm afraid I'm a wimp and have often said I would've died early on had I been born in pioneer times. Hopefully after the whole experience I'll be feeling well enough to post some pictures of our newest addition. :)

Melinda, you look great! Yes your stomach is a little bigger than normal but elsewhere you are skinny minny! I don't blame you for wanting the epidural! I am definately having one as well. I am so excited for you and a bit jealous that your pregnancy is almost over. I still have a little while!
You look so good! I know what you mean about being nervous about delivery. I keep reminding myself that there's a LOT of people in this world, and they were all born the same way. :) I am going to take full advantage of the epidural as well. I hate pain and will take anything that gets rid of it for me. I hope everything goes well for you! Let us know how you're doing!
You look good for being 39 weeks! Good for you getting and epidural. I totally did. I say, why not? Especially on #1, where you have an idea of what's about to happen, but you kinda don't know what's in store. I had one with both of mine and if we have more kids, I won't hesitate. I think. Good luck with everything!! Little Emmerson, you better come out easy and be nice to your momma!
Yeah! So close! I totally know how you feel. I am so anxious all the time and starting to get nervous. Oh man. You look great though and it's going to be awesome!
Melinda your gonna have a baby! I am so excited for you two. You'll have to call me when your feeling better so that I can come see you guys. Let me know how it goes! P.S. I am definitely taking advantage of modern medicine too.
Well, I think that you look amazing, especially for being ready to pop! I've been thinking about you this week and wondering if you little man had made his debut yet. You have an amazing Dr and between him and the epidural (which I'm totally with you on!) your body will manage to do what it was designed to do (whether we understand exactly how it does it or not...). Good luck with everything! You're going to do great!
