To celebrate the end of finals, Melinda surprised Ben with a romantic candlelit dinner. She pulled out the fine china, set the mood with candles, (hence the candelit part), and turned on Christmas music. What a perfect way to celebrate! While waiting for dinner to come out of the oven, Ben enjoyed his cherry cordial Hershey's kisses. (Melinda surprised him with those, too!) Melinda instead enjoyed Reese's Peanut Butter cups because cherry cordials make her gag. Oh, and by the way, that is not wine in the goblet--it's Black Cherry Shasta.

My...what fine china you have. I also noticed a very fine looking centerpiece made by Jenny as well. Ben, I hope you waited to eat your bowl of cherry cordials until after you ate your vegetables.
school is hard for me too, I guess if you wanted me to come up for a romantic... I mean nice dinner... I could oblige
